[Latest Arsenal Transfer news now & today] EXCLUSIVE : Arsenal will bid £33million for laliga virtuoso - Sun

As reported by the www.thesun.co.uk, Arsenal has been monitoring Krychowiak  for a year plus now.

Krychowiak to Arsenal?

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is reportedly ready to bring the Polish Midfielder to the Emirate in the January transfer window despite the high cost of meeting Krychowiak’s buy-out clause.

The French man has made it known he's not signing any player short of top-quality  to bolster his team where there is a need to strengthen, the defensive midfield position is one of such position that demands a quick signing to fill the void created by the injury of  Francis Coquelin and Santi Carzola.

Arsene Wenger is believed to regard the pole as been adequately equipped to fit in into the English premier League and that he can consequently spur Arsenal to win their first Premier League title since 2004.
Arsene wanted a move earlier for the  25-years-old last summer but backed out as a result of the price tag Sevilla placed on the player.

And he at the end concluded he has enough players to compete for the midfield position there by going for the signature of a top-quality goalkeeper Petr Cech instead as the only significant signing for £10m.

But that didn't work out well as over the course of the season injury ravaged majority of the Arsenal Midfielders and has since been finding it had to cope full. The likes of Jack Wilshere, Mikel Arteta, Santi Carzola, Coquelin and Tomas Rosicky are sidelined by injury until next year.

Though the asking price for Krychowiak may have increase by 50%, Wenger is said to still be willing to sign the veteran Midfielder. It's a no-brainer that there is money available for new signings.

Arsenal Midfielders Flamini, Rosicky and Arteta are all likely to leave as free agents come the end of the season, meaning that £200,000 wage bill space will be freed which is double the £100k wage Krychowiak is currently on at Sevilla.

Meanwhile the Polish prodigy, who was bought for just £3.3m from Reims in 2014, said he is not in haste to quit Sevilla.

The tenacious Krychowiak, who has been booked eight yellow cards this season, said:

“I don’t think about what might happen in January or next June.

“I could be an icon here for years. Who knows?

“I will only change clubs if I can’t take a step forward here like I did when I left Reims.”
