Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed today that Arsenal have signed Mohamed Elneny.

Speaking ahead of Saturday Premier League clash against Newcastle he said Arsenal are going to be 'BUSY' in the Transfer window.
"I will be busy that is for sure. I have already said we are short." Wenger said.

However regarding Mohamed Elneny Transfer to Arsenal when asked, he said ;
"We cannot announce anything at the moment. Nothing has been concluded."
And from is comment, it is safe to say that Arsene Wenger is in essence saying that the deal is done and can/will only be announced by January.
Now that the deal has been finalized,Will Mohamed Elneny bring something special to the Arsenal team and consequently fire them to winning the English premier League for the first time in over a decade?
